The LSG-7000 swinging flat wire gauge performs reciprocal swinging within a specific angle around the target material. The laser sensors on the X and Y axes capture the minimum width in the vertical direction and the minimum thickness in the horizontal direction, ensuring accurate measurement even with wire movement.
In addition to precise width and thickness measurements for flat wires, the LSG-7000 can also measure special-shaped section wires and output maximum or minimum values in both X and Y axes. This makes the LSG-7000 ideal for measuring specialized wire types.
